And you’re reading my uncensored review of what I really discovered about Fat Burning Furnace and how it helped speed up my metabolism and burn belly fat fast.

There’s a good reason why I’m writing this. So many people have asked me what are my fat burning secrets after seeing the “new” slimmer me. I thought it would be much simpler to just quickly write an honest review to help any of you that are in the same position I was.

Even though I continue to have great success with the Fat Burning Furnace program, I know it’s not for everyone.So, I want to share the good points (and the bad) so you can make an informed decision for yourself.

Even as a little girl, I envied my older sister Laura for the way she could eat just about anything and never seem to gain an ounce.She always got all the attention.She was the “pretty one.”

Laura was on the swim team, the volleyball team and a star sprinter in track and field.She had the athlete’s metabolism and even after 3 kids she is still as lean and lovely as the day she was married.

Me, well, that’s another story! I was the “big-boned” daughter,uncoordinated and bookish and I never really took to sports.

After 14 years of marriage I still resented all the admiring glances Laura gets especially those from my husband Gino – even though he tries to be sneaky about it.

He really is a sweet guy and when I complain about being fat he just says: “there’s more of me to love.” But I know deep down he wanted a wife that looks good in a bikini, too. That just made me feel sad and I’d direct that heartache towards the nearest cheesecake.

About 2 years ago, I finally committed to taking action.I decided to ask my sister for help. She suggested jogging every morning to burn fat. I lasted 3 days! My knees were killing me, I couldn’t catch my breath and I was bored to tears.

So I tried Jenny Craig for awhile but I couldn’t control my secret snack bingeing. Then there was the South Beach Diet, Atkins Diet and a bunch of other “fast weight loss diets” that resulted in me losing a massive 3 pounds.

I tried vegitarianism but just felt weak all the time. I got a membership at the gym but stopped working out because I felt self-conscious around all the young hard-bodies.

Out of sheer frustration I googled fat burning tips and found Rob Poulos’ Fat Burning Furnace website. What appealed to me the most was the simplicity of the FBF program: Eating the right foods and exercising 3 times a week for only 15 minutes at a time.

So with great excitement I downloaded the program.It sat on my hard drive for 3 weeks before I even looked at it. I wasn’t exactly bursting with self-confidence at this point.

When I finally kicked myself into action, I was amazed to discover I lost 9 pounds in my first month, despite my periodic cheating. I was inspired and filled with a new sense of purpose!

I never in my life thought I would ever enjoy exercising but I do now and I find Fat Burning Furnace to be a constant source of motivation.

One thing I would like to point out is this fat loss program is very detailed and it can be a little overwhelming at first. However, once I dove into it, the author (Rob Poulos) made every step simple to follow and the large 160 page pdf is clearly written and easy to understand.

One thing that really helped accelerate my results was the Fat Burning Furnace Blowtorch Training videos. The weight loss workouts really showed me how to get rid of belly fat which was a problem area for me.

It’s been 11 months now,I’ve lost 51 pounds,maintain a healthy weight and I’m fully committed to my fitness program. But the best part is Gino is pawing me like a teenager ;) and my sister Laura is jealous of all the attention I am getting.

Before I came across Rob and Kalen Poulos and their Fat Burning Furnace system I tried just about everything to lose weight. I remember one moment of weakness at 2am when I spent hundreds of dollars on an infomercial gizmo. It was this fancy looking exercise machine that was supposed to blast my abs,take inches off of my waist and be fun to use. It wasn’t fun and it’s still collecting dust under my bed!

What I was looking for was a step-by-step fat loss system.Something that showed me the best exercises to burn fat, the right foods to eat and a program to keep me motivated and track my results.

I found all of that and more with the Fat Burning Furnace ebook and tools.This is a program developed fitness expert by Rob Poulos and his company Zero to Hero LLC.

Rob and his wife Kalen actually used this system to burn off fat an inches. Together their combined weight loss was over 100 pounds.(See the picture below)

The program really just revolves around 2 elements: workouts and diet.

I used to think a workout had to have many sets of reps for it to work but that is not the case here. Rob showed me how to get everything packed into just one fat burning set that last only 15-20 minutes. And I only needed to do it 3 times a week. The secret to the Fat Burning Furnace exercises is the speed of the reps not the number. If you don’t like to sweat then FBF is not for you!

The Diet

Okay, this is more about guidelines for sensible eating. Rob emphasises certain foods that help in weight loss and others you should avoid.You won’t find an extensive day by day meal planner with Fat Burning Furnace.

What I did discover was a common sense strategy to monitor what I eat and I didn’t need to alter my diet that much. I think if I kept eating badly like before but stuck to the regular workout, I would still burn fat, but much more slowly.

FBF worked great for me as it is so I see no reason to change anything. I just followed the Fat Burning Furnace Blueprint, used the tools to keep track of my metabolic rate,body fat percentage and the progress with my workouts.

One thing that really inspired me was watching the videos.This is optional but you can also get the “Fat Burning Furnace Blowtorch Training.” These are a set of videos where you watch Rob go through his exercise and fat loss routines. The only fault I can find with the videos is the lighting is a little poor, but the content is very motivating.
